Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please continue reading for terms and conditions.

Returned items must be in original packaging/box.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. You can contact us to schedule an appointment to drop off the item at one of our warehouses. 
After inspecting the item, ensuring it is in original condition, we will happily refund the amount paid minus 10% restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Floor models are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
